Service Description
This meeting is exclusively for booked House of Bernal clients. The Final Design Review is a structured planning session to confirm all design elements, updates, logistics, and day-of production needs before your event moves into final execution. During this meeting, we will: -Review your updated floral and design vision -Confirm quantities, placements, layouts, and color direction -Discuss timeline flow and production logistics -Address any additions, removals, or changes -Ensure all details are finalized before your final invoice -This meeting must be scheduled at least 60 days before your wedding day and before your final payment due date so our team has the clarity needed to prepare recipes, order product, schedule staff, and begin production planning. Format: 45–60 minutes via Zoom. Please join from a quiet location with the person responsible for final decisions and financial approval. Who Should Attend: The couple or lead decision maker(s). Additional participants are not recommended, as this meeting is focused on finalizing actionable decisions.
Cancellation Policy
This meeting is reserved for booked House of Bernal clients. Final Design Review sessions must be scheduled at least 60 days before your wedding day and prior to your final payment due date. Rescheduling Policy: -Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. -With less than 24 hours’ notice, availability for a new meeting time is not guaranteed. -If House of Bernal needs to reschedule due to production or event demands, we will offer the next available appointment promptly. Arrival Expectations: Meetings begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original end time to respect all booked appointments. Decision Makers: To ensure clarity and efficiency, the person(s) responsible for final approval must be present. This meeting is focused on confirming decisions; additional participants may delay the process and are not recommended.
