Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Booking Policies Thank you for booking 1:1 coaching with Jennifer Bernal. Our goal is to support your growth with clarity, intention, and professionalism. Please review the following terms before securing your session: General Terms: All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom and scheduled by appointment only. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please confirm your availability before booking. Session Policies: For single sessions, full payment is due at the time of booking. Reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and may be accommodated once. No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session. For 3-month or 6-month coaching programs, all sessions must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Missed sessions without adequate notice will be considered used. Package clients may reschedule up to two times over the duration of their program. Confidentiality & Boundaries: All materials, strategies, and resources shared during coaching are the intellectual property of Jennifer Bernal and House of Bernal. Redistribution or sharing is not permitted. Professional, respectful communication is expected at all times. Disclaimer: Coaching provides educational and strategic guidance.
