Service Description
This complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call is a focused, high-level conversation to review your essential event details and determine the appropriate next step in our process. This session is not a design consultation and does not include creative guidance or recommendations. During the call, we will confirm the foundational information we need to assess scope, general direction, and event readiness. This ensures accuracy before progressing into a full proposal or a paid creative consultation. Format of the Meeting • 30 minutes via Zoom • All key decision-makers must be present • Calls begin and end at the scheduled time; late arrivals shorten the session • If deeper design or planning guidance is needed, we will direct you to the Paid Creative Consultation This call establishes the preliminary details needed before moving to the next step in our booking process.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy House of Bernal offers a limited number of complimentary consultations each month to ensure we can be fully present and prepared for every couple. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a paid consultation to book a new appointment. To protect the integrity of your time and ours, we ask that all decision-makers (or the person leading design direction + the financial decision-maker) attend the call so we can have a productive and aligned conversation. If House of Bernal needs to reschedule In the rare case we need to adjust your appointment due to production schedules or event commitments, we will notify you promptly and offer the next available time that ensures you receive our full attention.
