This 60-minute Creative Consultation provides clear, structured guidance on floral direction, event scale, investment, and early-stage production considerations. This session is ideal for couples who need expert input before booking or who want clarity on how to shape their event’s visual and experiential direction. We will review your vision, assess priorities, discuss feasibility, and identify the most effective creative and production approach based on your event’s needs. Format of the Meeting • 60 minutes via Zoom • All key decision-makers must be present • Please have inspiration and venue information accessible • Calls begin and end at the scheduled time; late arrivals shorten the session • This meeting provides directional guidance; it is not a full design presentation This call establishes the preliminary details needed before moving to the next step in our booking process.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy Your consultation fee is non-refundable and secures dedicated time for design guidance, budget clarity, and direction tailored to your event. If you need to reschedule, please do so 48 hours before your appointment. You may reschedule once without additional fees. Requests made under 48 hours will require a new booking. To ensure the session is productive, we ask that all key decision-makers be present. If House of Bernal needs to reschedule Should we need to adjust your appointment, we will notify you promptly and arrange an alternate time that provides you with the same level of attention and support.
