Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in Eternal Bouquets by JM LLC, and its companies: -House of Bernal -Flowers by Jo-Ann We’re honored to be considered for your celebration. Our initial consultation is offered complimentary, as a chance to explore your floral vision and share how we can bring it to life. Please note the following booking terms: -Consultations are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. -While the consultation is free of charge, we do not guarantee a reschedule in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation. -If you are no longer able to attend your scheduled consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we may offer your slot to another couple. -This policy is in place to respect the time and energy we devote to each inquiry, and to ensure we’re able to serve all our clients thoughtfully and efficiently. We look forward to learning more about your wedding and sharing our design approach with you!
